Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Average transit time is 5–7 business days.


Overnight & Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Rates are calculated based on your location and selected service.


Certificates by Mail: If you request a physical certificate with your order, there is an additional $5 fee. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for every order once it ships, via email and/or text so you can follow your package every step of the way.

REFUND POLICY



At Co.T.H.U.G we stand behind the quality of our apparel. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges only under the following conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Please note: Any items returned without original packaging or tags, or showing signs of wear, will not be accepted for exchange.
